Had a very productive zen retreat. I could say more, but I'm going to defer to my wife who through some profound syncronicity, came to the same conclusions as myself before I even made it back home.
And I'm totally digging the music of Michael Franti.
Cori and I went to IKEA with a specific purchase in mind. We took all the measurements at home: Will it fit through the doors? Can we get it down the stairs? Once we have it put together will it clear the ceiling? We forgot to measure one critical component. (watch the movie)

Today I'm thankful for Stuart Davis, Genpo Roshi, Diane Hamilton, S. N. Goenka and Tim McDorman. They've all been strong teachers in my spiritual path.
