I've released a new Drupal module which integrates the adding of site navigation links into the node form.

I was having a heckva time figuring out how to type the copyright symbol in Gimp on my Powerbook. For some reason, copying the symbol from somewhere else and pasting it in doesn't want to work.

Here's the keyboard shortcut: hold alt/option & press g.

On some decorative fonts, it will appear as a box, because the font maker didn't include it. If that happens, switch to a more common font just for the copyright symbol.

And if that doesn't work, here's a longer approach that has a higher success rate.

Last night i sat in front of my computer and, on a whim decided to register for a 10-day meditation retreat at the Illinois center. It's been almost four years since I sat my last retreat and quite frankly, my ego's not very happy with this sudden decision. It's whining, scared and making up all sort of excuses why this event shouldn't happen. At least i know that this drama happens everytime i plan a course. I also usually become physically ill the week before i leave. It's amazing, this fight of maintaining the illusion of permanence. Or perhaps i'm just tricking my-Self rather than self tricking me.
